Mike Hanke: Season over.
The VfL Wolfsburg and Germany striker Mike Hanke, will play no further part in his team's season. The 23 year old goal-getter underwent surgery in Munich on Wednesday, after seriously injuring his knee during training on Monday. Hanke will be out of action for at least ten weeks. A thourough examination by the renowned Munich-based specialist Dr. Ludwig Seebauer found that there was no other option than to operate.
